Membership is open to anyone interested in the natural history of Nova Scotia. Memberships are available at any meeting of the society. You can also join by mailing in this membership form, or by writing to:

New memberships starting from September 1 will be valid until the end of the following membership year. The regular membership year is from January 1 to December 31. Members receive the HFN Newsletter and notices of all meetings, field trips, and special programmes. The annual fees are as follows:

The Halifax Field Naturalists is a member organization of Nature Nova Scotia and of Nature Canada. The HFN is registered as a charitable organization with Canada Revenue Agency for federal income tax purposes.
